BEHIND THE LENS

Welcome! My name is Lauren Chambers. I am a wife, mother and lover of photography. I've been married for 5 years to my college sweetheart, Tyler. He's the best and I couldn't do this without his love and support. He's always been my biggest fan and he continues to push me to my limits and lets me know that I can do anything that I set my mind to. I am a girl mama. I have three little girls. One who is 5, one who is 4 and a 2 years old. They are my world. When I'm not taking photos, I am a stay at home wife/mama. I love my job. It takes a lot of patience but it is so incredibly rewarding and I would not have it any other way. They make everything better about each and every day. Life would be boring without them.

Now let's talk about photography. I found that I have a true love for photography after I had my first baby, 5 years ago. Tyler thought that we should go to the store and buy a camera. So that's what we did. It was the best decision I could have made. I have been able to capture so many important milestones in my own life and in lives of others. I feel like taking photos came natural to me and I could not get enough. I would stay up late looking at my photos and editing them. I literally could not stop thinking about them. I get excited when I hear that people love my work. It makes me feel like I'm doing what I was called to do.
